1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the k33 platform at k33.bar, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published by k33 from time to time. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the site without an account.

Your acceptance of these terms is a condition of using the k33 platform. If you are a new user, your acceptance is given at the point of account registration. If you are an existing user and k33 publishes an updated version of these terms, your continued use of the platform after the update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. k33 recommends that all users review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current version.

2Eligibility

To register and use the k33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. k33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any eligibility criterion at any time:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. k33 applies a strict 21+ minimum age policy and will close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual persons may not register accounts on k33.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntarily self-imposed exclusion from any gaming platform, including any active k33 self-exclusion.
• You must register only one account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

k33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

3Account Registration and Security

When registering a k33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination. The following obligations apply to all registered k33 account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k33 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. k33 will never ask you for your password by any channel.
• You must notify k33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact k33 via [email protected].
• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your k33 account. All activity on your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated each action.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including your mobile number and email address — up to date. Outdated contact information may result in delays to account verification, withdrawal processing, and security communications.

k33 encrypts all account data and login session data using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. While k33 implements industry-standard security measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. k33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your k33 account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by payment method but are typically instant for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may not process withdrawals until verification is complete. k33 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in the player's own name. k33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any deposit that k33 has reasonable grounds to believe was made fraudulently, using a stolen payment instrument, or in breach of these terms will be voided. The associated account will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from a fraudulent deposit will be forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are set out in the cashier section of the k33 platform. These limits may be adjusted by k33 at any time and may vary by payment method and account status.

k33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees applied by the player's payment provider are the responsibility of the player. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, applicable network fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.

5Bonuses and Promotions

k33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have met any stated qualification criteria. k33 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• k33 does not permit bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or using betting patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk.
• k33 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if k33 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through misrepresentation, error, or a breach of these terms.
• Promotional offers are not transferable, have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated, and may not be combined with other promotions unless k33 expressly permits such combination in writing. Bonuses awarded in error must be returned to k33 and may not be withdrawn.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the k33 platform are provided by third-party game studios whose systems have been independently audited for fairness and RNG integrity. The following general rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on k33:

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the k33 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to check the accuracy of all bet details before confirming the wager.
• k33 displays RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games as certified by the game provider. RTP is a theoretical long-term statistical measure and does not guarantee any individual player's result in any given session.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or disputed result, k33 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the original stake to the player's account balance. k33 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures that occur outside of k33's reasonable control, including failures on the part of third-party game providers.
• Cricket betting markets and odds are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body governing each match or tournament. k33 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules for all markets, including provisions for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, and super over outcomes.

k33 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns suggest match-fixing involvement, use of unauthorised software, or any form of advantage play that undermines the integrity of the platform. Such action may be taken without prior notice where k33 has reasonable grounds to act.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in a prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any associated winnings forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the k33 platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human gameplay or decision-making.
• Registering or operating more than one k33 account, or using a k33 account registered in another person's name, whether with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering. k33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the k33 platform, its infrastructure, or any game provided on the platform.
• Colluding with other players — whether on k33 or on any connected platform — to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, exploit progressive jackpot mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargeback requests to a payment provider in relation to a k33 deposit that was legitimately credited to and played from the player's account. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

k33 monitors platform activity for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, k33 may suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance pending investigation, and retain funds where there is evidence of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct. k33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected criminal activity.

8Account Suspension and Termination

k33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, and account security obligations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by k33, or provision of false or fraudulent documents during the verification process.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the k33 responsible gaming tools or via [email protected].
• k33's determination that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk of harm — including in circumstances where k33 has reason to believe the account holder may be experiencing problem gambling.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where termination follows a finding of fraud, prohibited activity, or serious breach, k33 reserves the right to retain the full account balance.

9Responsible Gaming

k33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all k33 accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A deposit limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their k33 account. Session time reminders are also available and will display a notification at regular intervals during active gameplay.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the k33 platform — including but not limited to the k33 brand name, logo, website design, text content, graphics, software, and game presentations — is the intellectual property of k33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content from the k33 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without k33's prior written consent.

Game content provided on the k33 platform by third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. k33 operates these games under licence and players have no right to reproduce, copy, or distribute any game content. The k33 platform is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k33 limits its liability to players as follows:

• k33 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from a player's use of or inability to use the k33 platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.
• k33 is not responsible for failures in the player's internet connection, device, mobile network, or payment provider that result in interrupted gameplay, failed transactions, or delayed credits.
• The games on k33 involve real-money wagering and carry the risk of financial loss. k33 does not guarantee any winnings or minimum return to any player. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that they may lose all funds deposited.
• Where k33 is found to be liable for a loss suffered by a player, k33's maximum aggregate liability in respect of that loss shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the player to their k33 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data Protection

k33's collection, use, and storage of player personal data is governed by the k33 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a k33 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. k33 does not sell player data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with the k33 Privacy Policy, which is available at k33.bar/privacy-policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

k33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k33 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the platform. The revised terms will be effective from the date of publication at k33.bar/terms-conditions.

It is each player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the k33 platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the updated version. If a player does not accept the revised terms, they should close their account and cease using the platform.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k33 aims to resolve all player disputes in a fair and timely manner. Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact k33 support at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute. k33 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. k33 does not make representations about the applicability of any specific jurisdiction's laws to any individual player's circumstances, and players are responsible for understanding their own legal position.
